UPDATE 1/10: As of now, most group rates are sold out or expired. You can check the booking link below to see what is left. If it’s still there or someone canceled, grab it. For family suites, we can still get you a discount, but not the original group rate. Whatsapp 929 789 8054 with your request.
-The Deal:
– Camelback has chosen to change the program this year from a package to an “a la carte” type system. They are offering rooms at a competitive rate, as well as discounted snow activities which can be bought separately. Don’t worry, the pricing is roughly the same when compared to last year, but you have more freedom to mix and match different activities and different days, whereas last year you needed to pick one activity and which day.
Your stay includes all day access to their massive indoor waterpark for your entire stay (including full days on day of check-in and on the day you check-out).
Room max capacity included at no extra charge (6 occupants for DQS, 8 occupants for KBS and 2BRS)
Waived Parking Fee, a value of $25/car per night
- Resort Fee has been reduced from $49.99 to $39.99
Complementary Gathering Space They will let us use the big conference room as a place to settle and feed your kids once you are checked out of your room. This is a very nice concession on their part.
–Group rates are only available until
1/1 for the week of 1/18
1/7 for the weeks of 1/25 and 2/1.
After that you can assume the rates will go up or the hotel will sell out. To still get a discount after the deadline, PM me @929-789-8054

Snow Activity Discounts

We have access to INCREDIBLE SNOW ACTIVITY RATES!!
These rates are really amazing. For some it might come out to a rate decrease compared to last year.
(Just one note, the beginners package comes with a lift ticket but will only work on the “bunny slopes” or small hills on the mountain)
BOOK EARLY, ESPECIALLY TUBING, as those are timed 2-hour slots that have limited tickets sold per time slot. Every year I get people complaining that the only tubing slots left are 7pm, too late for their kids. So just book early and get the times you want.

Minyanim
Zmanim and info will be posted on the PSA chat on on the minyan tab https://yeshivamidwinter.com/minyanim/
They’ll be held in a reserved conference room. The room may only be used during posted minyan times. Security will escort you from the hotel is you are caught using this room at other times for any other purpose. Zmanim will be posted on minyan tab of this website. Also, please do not forget to donate to Chabad for arranging a Torah
They offer a “gathering space” for you to chill and feed your kids once you check out. Please use those rooms and KEEP IT CLEAN!!!
Kosher food

WARNING:
The hotel has set aside a certain number of rooms and once they are sold, they will not continue to open rooms at the group rate, as they’ve done in the past. This is not a sales tactic. The early birds will get the worm.
Other important info
– Ski Rentals are not included with the lift tickets. You can rent on the mountain via Camelback or rent off-mountain at Alpine. The benefit of renting from Camelback is that, if something doesn’t fit right or malfunctions, you don’t need to drive off the mountain to get replacements. The benefit for renting from Alpine is that it is cheaper and they let you pick up the skis the night before. Choose whichever option works for you. Click here for info on Alpine.
– Men’s only hours in the waterpark will be held at the Kalahari Waterpark on Sunday 2/1 from 9pm-12am. Click here for more info. There are no other gender specific waterpark times.

-For those checking in on 2/1, keep in mind: It is a ski resort. They completely sell out every winter weekend. Then we come in cause another sellout night. We are a rare situation in which they need to turnover 400+ rooms, in 4 hours. Some people have had to wait for their rooms. ADVICE: pack a separate bag for your Sunday needs. If you are swimming, pack a rolly suitcase with what you need. Same with skiing. Pack a separate bag so you don’t need to sift through your big suitcases in the lobby looking for your kids pajamas you want to change them into.
Chillul hashem warning: please respect the posted parking rules. There were about 100 Odyssey’s and Sienna’s with Jewish camp magnets parked illegally last year. They rightfully towed a bunch of them.
Please do not procrastinate. Every year I get a ton of phone calls from people asking to open up more rooms for our group, and the answer is always no and they’re stuck for $700+ rates. On the small chance they’re willing to expand our room block, booking close to the deadline will make that harder. Plus, our group has a more generous cancellation policy than what’s available booking online. Better safe than sorry.

Check-in is guaranteed by 4pm but your room may be ready sooner. You have access to your snow passes and use of the waterpark as soon as you arrive.
Check out is 11am.
Cancelation: From time of reservation until noon 7 Days of arrival full refund. Inside 7 Days 1 night penalty plus tax & fees.
