The Deal:

  • Rates are good for 12/28/24-12/30/2024 
  • (This is NOT for shabbos. Kalahari is not shabbos-friendly. I have a group going to Bushkill Inn for shabbos. See the bottom of this post for shabbos info). 
  • You can stay any number of nights
  • Standard room include 6 guests (usually $50 more per guest over 4!!) 2 BR suites include 8 guests. 
  • Waterpark access on the full day you check in and till 3pm on the day of check out (3pm has never been enforced). Check in time begins at 4:00pm. However, come early to pre-register as early as 10AM. You can start using the Waterpark then. Check out at 11:00am
  • Resort fee has been reduced to $19.99 (from $39.99) for our group!
  • Complimentary WiFi and Self Parking
  • A room will be provided for minyan use (ONLY), sefer torah will be brought by Chabad of the Mountains (DONATE🧐 ).

  • PRO TIP: If you’re going with another family or two, instead of spending money on late checkout (which costs over $150 is only till 2pm), split a standard room for the next night. It gives you a home base to let babies nap, feed your kids and shower them before heading home. 
  • If we come up with $1,000 worth of orders, Holy Schnitzel of Roseland is willing to deliver for a fee. Stay tuned on the chat.

    On the landing page, use the drop down menu to pick “Attendee”. The click “Make a Reservation”

    Pick your check-in/check-out dates. “Guests per room” is how many adults are staying. Kids can be added later. 

    Pick your room type. Add ons on the next page. Can be left blank. 

    Pick any arrival time. Fill out info for the adults. 

    On the next page, add the kids on the drop down menu.

WARNING

The hotel has set aside a certain number of rooms and once they are sold, they will not continue to open rooms at the group rate. This is not a sales tactic. The early birds will get the worm.

-I was unable to get separate swim hours in the waterpark. there is not enough demand now. 

-Cooking is not allowed in the rooms. Anything that creates any smoke (even steam like a Betty Crocker) can be picked up by their sensors and can lead to hefty fines. Use prepared food and warm it in a Hot Logic or similar warmer. 

– Chillul hashem warning: please respect the posted parking rules. There were plenty of Odyssey’s and Sienna’s with jewish camp magnets parked illegally last year. They asked that I tell you all to respect the rules.  

– If you cancel more than 72 hours before arrival, there is a $30 fee. If you cancel less than 72 hours before arrival, you lose the entire deposit.

(Not-A-Program) Shabbos Chanuka (12/27) @ Bushkill Inn

I am happy to announce that I’m partnering with Bushkill Inn to make a do-it-yourself, not-a-program shabbos. 

Highlights include: Total hotel buyout by our group, no public transient guests. Full shul on premises. Separate swim. Shabbos room keys. Eruv around the whole campus. 


-Shabbos (2 nights) for a family will be $720. This includes:

– 2 connected hotel rooms (good for up to 8 people)

– A table in the ballroom 

That’s it. 

There’s an option for a private dining area for a few more shekels. 

Bring your own food. There will be designated places to set up hot plates and warmers.  

All the rooms have fridges but you can also use the commercial fridge in the hotel kitchen.
